Caitlin Snow has arrived -No more pencils, no more books. She took a leave of absence from teaching in 2010 and cemented her arrival that same year with an 8th place finish at Ironman World Championships. Here’s a translation – her top ten finish placed her as the first female American finisher with a 2:56 run split – the 3rd fastest run in Ironman World Championship history. Cait got off the bike in 31st place – no man’s land, and with a smile on her face mowed down 23 woman in front her. They all took note. That put Cailtin, the school teacher, at the head of her class. With time outside of the classroom Cait is focusing on her bike. With no more class – we can’t wait to see who she will school next. The next few years will be exciting for this charming top American who has declared herself a professional athlete and keen to study what she loves – swimming, biking and running.
